Managing debt can feel like juggling a dozen tasks at once—logging into multiple accounts, tracking payment dates, and constantly worrying about missing a deadline. This can be incredibly overwhelming and that's why we’re excited to announce a new feature that aims to make your life a lot easier.

What’s New at Budge?

This week, we’re launching a feature designed to reduce the time and stress associated with managing your minimum payments. If you’ve ever found yourself spending hours logging in to 10, 15, or even 20 different accounts just to make sure you’ve covered your minimum payments, this update is for you.

Our new feature allows you to see when all your payments are due and make those payments directly through Budge. That means you no longer have to visit each creditor’s website individually; you can handle everything in one place. This is more than just a time-saver—it’s peace of mind, knowing you'll be less likely to miss a payment or risk damaging your credit.

Why Haven’t Banks Made This Easier?

You might wonder why this hasn’t been done before. The answer is simple: it’s not in the banks’ interest to make managing your debt easy. Banks often want you to spend more time on their platforms, where they can market new products to you. At Budge, we’re focused on what’s best for you, not what’s best for the bank.

What’s Next for Budge?

While our new minimum payments feature is a significant step forward, we’re not stopping there. Currently, payments take about 3 to 5 days to be processed by your credit card provider, and the feature is limited to credit cards. However, we’re already working on adding next-day payment capabilities and expanding the feature to include other types of debt, making it even more convenient for you.

Looking Ahead: OnePay

We’re also excited to introduce you to a feature we’re calling OnePay. This upcoming service will simplify your minimum and extra payments by consolidating them into a single payment. With OnePay, you can funnel your funds into a single account as you get paid, and Budge will take care of the rest, ensuring that all your payments are made on time.

Although OnePay isn’t available with Budge  just yet, we’re running a pilot program with a select group of members. If you’re interested in being one of the first to try OnePay, we’d love to hear from you. Just reach out, and we’ll get you set up.

The Future of Debt Simplification

At Budge, we’re continually looking for ways to make managing your finances simpler and more efficient. Our new minimum payments feature is just the beginning. We’re excited to roll out even more tools and services that help you take control of your financial life with ease.

Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, thank you for trusting Budge to help you on your financial journey. We can’t wait to see how these new features make a difference for you!
